Our Birmingham office have recently completed a highly finished CAT A refurbishment of a four storey office block in 40/41 Park End Street, Oxford and are thrilled to see it come together as imagined!

Working alongside the amazing teams of Spratley & Partners, Workman LLP and Orchard for our client CBRE, we were able to implement more sustainable services installation as well as improving the efficiency of the building making it a great working environment.

The project included refurbishment of all three existing office spaces as well as converting the ground floor restaurants into a leisurely but functional office space and a cycle store that is both trendy and modern.

Hopefully this building will provide a functional and effective work space to many people in the coming years.
