Mechanical Director, Epsom
Wayne Shipley, MSc, BEng (Hons)
Wayne is a Mechanical Director with over 20 years’ experience in building services consultancy. He joined the Epsom team as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer in 2004 and has progressed through the company to Mechanical Director in 2023.
Wayne has a wealth of experience including leading and managing projects across the Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential sectors. He works closely with his team, coordinating resources for successful project delivery.
Wayne also has an active role in providing sustainability and BREEAM advice to clients working alongside BREEAM Assessors and Low Carbon Consultants to enable ‘green’ issues to be incorporated successfully into M&E designs from conception.

I approach each project without preconceptions of how it should be designed as no two projects are ever the same. Full engagement with the client to comprehensively define their brief and close collaboration between disciplines to develop the design are both key to the delivery of a successful project.
