Hulley & Kirkwood were appointed as sub-consultant to G3 Consultants to join a professional design team tasked with the refurbishment of the former B-listed Bell Street Stables (a Victorian horse stables block) into a residential development comprising 52 one and two bedroom flats on behalf of the Wheatley Group (Glasgow Housing Association).
Hulley & Kirkwood were responsible for the full design of all MEP services on the project from its inception to completion.
The following MEP design services were provided for the project;
Develop new multi-utilities solution including water, gas, electric and telecoms to support the change of use of the existing building.
