Britannia Street has reached completion successfully with our H&K London team having performed the last of the snagging checks on Friday! Collaborating closely with Stanton Williams, Belshaw Building Consultancy, Evolve Consulting Engineers and several other members of the design team, we have transformed this once bustling gallery into a spacious, bright and stylish office space with a mezzanine level; which not only expands the area but also preserves its artistic ambiance.

Our team was responsible for the mechanical and electrical design, including a new sub-station up to Stage 4 of the project. The main drive of the project was to achieve an EPC rating of 'A' using low carbon technologies. With new electrical and mechanical systems in place, we have successfully created a low-carbon office building for all to enjoy.

Working with such a talented team has been a pleasure and we eagerly anticipate seeing this beautifully revamped space come to life and serve its new purpose.
