We were pleased to have participated in SG Graduate Lighting Scheme at the end of 2023. The training scheme ran over 4 weeks and was designed to introduce the graduates to the technical aspects of lighting technology standards and design. 
 
118 Graduates from 38 Companies attended over 4 weeks. Following assessment of the successful attendees, we are delighted to announce one of our graduates, Rachel McKinlay, has been awarded the “Outstanding Graduate Award”. Rachel, based in our Edinburgh office, is in her first year of our Graduate Training Scheme and was presented the award by David Stiling, Director of Commercial Operations at SG Lighting.
