We are excited to see the start of a significant new project at the Silverlea development in Edinburgh, where H&K has been entrusted with the responsibility of providing comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) services for 140 new homes, ranging from flats to terraced houses.
Our mission is to design these homes to meet net-zero carbon standards, contributing to Scotland's ambitious environmental goals. Situated on the site of a former care home, this development aims to address the pressing need for social and mid-market housing in one of Scotland’s fastest-growing communities. In addition to the residential aspect, this project will feature the construction of a new sports pavilion for the Craigroyston Community Football Club.
Working alongside Cruden Group, on behalf of the The City of Edinburgh Council, Smith Scott Mullan, and Will Rudd, we are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions that will help shape a vibrant, resilient community. We look forward to contributing our expertise to this transformative project and bringing this vision to life!
